From sterilization in cookers, separation in threshing machines, digestion, and oil extraction, to clarification, drying, and secure storage, each stage ensures efficiency and product quality. Striping/Threshing Machine

The Stripping/Threshing Machine disentangles sterilized fruit from bunches, ensuring efficient separation for digestion.

Digester

The Digester pounds soft palm nuts after sterilization, producing mashed fruit for oil extraction.

Digester Feed Auger

The Digester Feed Auger conveys mashed fruit to the Screw Press/Oil Expeller and is positioned at an inclination for smooth transfer.

Oil Clarifiers

The Oil Clarifiers, consisting of four units, separate oil from water based on density differences.

Oil Dryers

Finished Oil Tank

The Finished Oil Tank holds oil after drying and serves as temporary storage before transfer to the main tanks.

Oil Storage Tanks

The Oil Storage Tanks, with a capacity of 5 tons each, store finished oil before dispatch.
