The production process begins with harvesting FFB, which are then sterilized to loosen the fruits from the bunch. Fruits are separated, pressed, and clarified to extract Crude Palm Oil. Kernels and other by-products are processed for feed, fuel, or fertilizer

• Palm Kernel Cake: High-protein livestock feed.
• Fibre: Used as renewable energy for the mill
• Empty Fruit Bunches (EFB): Organic mulch or compost
• Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME): Treated as natural fertilizer
